The shipping details relating to our products are divided into three main categories: In-Stock, Out-of-Stock, and Bespoke. While we strive to keep popular items readily available, there are occasions when we await arrival of stock at our dispatch facility before delivery.

In-stock Products - Domestic

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK mainland domestic deliveries. This generally means next-day delivery, provided we can process and dispatch the order before the last postal collection of the day. Usually, this is between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm. We recommend purchasing before 3 pm to ensure the best possible chance of next-day delivery. We are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail.​​

Out-of-Stock Products

Any items purchased that are out of stock for any reason will be subject to a longer delivery time. It takes approximately 1 week for any non-bespoke product to reach our warehouse so this must be allowed for when purchasing out-of-stock items. We try our very best to keep the most popular products in stock and ready for purchase at all times. Once any item reaches us, it is shipped the same day, as per the 'in-stock product' guidelines.

Bespoke Products

Any product ordered that requires bespoke manufacture, (customised hair toppers, lace closures and unique colour options), manufacturing of the product does not begin until the order has been placed.

For all bespoke products, it is estimated that it will be ready for delivery approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation. It is shipped the very same day for next day delivery, providing it is ready before the last post of that day.

• We will only ship to the delivery address provided on the order so please ensure this is correct.

• Unfortunately, we do not accept changes to an address via phone or email after the order has been placed. The order would need to be fully refunded and placed again using the correct address.

• Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch from our warehouse in the UK

Our estimates account for various logistical steps in getting products to you quickly. Despite our efforts to provide accurate lead times, unforeseen delays may occur for which K Couture is not responsible. We make every effort to expedite all orders.​​

Taxes & Duties

Although our focus is on Domestic Customers, any purchases made by our international customers, (outside of the UK), they are responsible for paying inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees, which the local customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by K Couture so are not responsible for refunding them to you.

​We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise of the correct amount owed we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package arriving from outside your country of residence.​​
